We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior .NET Developer with 12+ years of expertise in software development, architecture design, and solution delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using the latest Microsoft technologies. This is a W2 position offering long-term stability and growth opportunities.

  • Architect, design, and develop scalable and high-performance applications using .NET (C#/.NET Core/.NET 6+)

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

  • Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers

  • Design RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems and services

  • Implement security standards, logging, exception handling, and performance tuning

  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git/Azure DevOps

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery

  • 12+ years of experience in software development with strong .NET/C# expertise

  • Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Entity Framework

  • Strong database design and development skills in SQL Server or Oracle

  • Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, or React is a plus)

  • Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/Google Cloud Platform a plus)

  • Experience in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines

  • Test-Driven Development (TDD), Unit Testing, xUnit/NUnit
