Job Title: Salesforce Administrator (Mid-to-Senior Level)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract

Overview:
Salesforce Administrator to support their growing team on a contract basis. This remote mid-to-senior level role requires someone with strong platform expertise, hands-on configuration skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to optimize business workflows and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Salesforce Admin responsible for system configuration, support, and enhancements

• Manage user accounts, permissions, profiles, and roles

• Create and maintain custom fields, objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and approval processes

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement scalable Salesforce solutions

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards that support business decision-making

• Ensure data integrity through regular audits, clean-up, and imports

• Assist with integrations between Salesforce and other systems

• Stay informed on Salesforce platform updates and make recommendations for improvements

• Support user adoption through documentation and training as needed

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience

• Salesforce Administrator Certification required

• Proficiency in managing system customizations, workflows, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.)

• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Lightning Experience

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote environment

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a contract role

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or third-party integrations

• Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, or declarative development tools

• Experience supporting enterprise or multi-division Salesforce environments
