Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years in technical program management or a similar role, delivering complex software or technology products.
Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Methodologies: Solid grasp of agile (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and other software development methodologies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain technical concepts to anyone.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying and solving complex problems.
Tools: Proficient with program management tools like Jira, Asana, or similar.
