Job Title: Senior QA Tester


Type: W2 Contract

Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior QA Tester to lead quality assurance efforts across web, mobile, and API platforms. The role involves designing and executing test strategies, mentoring junior testers, and ensuring high-quality software delivery in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end testing of complex software systems.

  • Develop test plans, cases, and automation scripts.

  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

  • Identify and track defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners for continuous improvement.

  • Drive QA process enhancements and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of QA experience with strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.

  • Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing (Selenium, Postman, etc.).

  • Strong SQL and API testing skills.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
