Main Duties

1. Provide technical support to OEM customers, customer service and sales via telephone or email.

2. Conducts application review, technical review and quality review

3. Assist US based application engineers by providing backup support

4. Develop rapport and trust with internal and external contacts

5. Proactively suggests improvement plans for better support and quality performance.

6. Aligns thinking to help achieve business unit goals and objectives.

7. Log all interactions and submit a monthly interaction report.

8. Provide product and process training to internal employees with following:
  • Develop contents of training modules
  • Maintain the training materials in a common directory

Additional Functions

1. Attends training, workshop, seminar, and focus group discussions of the team

2. Work within defined operational and employee goals. Contribute to other projects if requested

Qualifications
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduate
  • With at least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably with HVACR background
  • Willing to have a night shift schedule (8 PM to 5 AM or 9 PM to 6 AM) from Monday to Friday and will follow US holidays
  • Willing to have a hybrid work arrangement with thrice a week on-site schedule
