Job Details

We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager with a proven track record of delivering ERP implementations, configuration, and support with either Oracle or SAP. The role will focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, including connecting and automating financial management processes such as payables, receivables, fixed assets, expenses, and reporting.


Responsibilities

Collaborate with C-Suite, IT, business stakeholders, finance, and accounting to understand goals and challenges of ERP initiatives.

Plan, execute, and oversee ERP system implementations to improve business processes and efficiency.

Develop project plans, manage budgets and timelines, and identify/resolve risks associated with ERP initiatives.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendors to ensure organizational goals are met.

Drive user adoption and transition into post-implementation roles, including establishing a center of excellence to manage ongoing ERP operations and upgrades.


Qualifications

8+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP Program Manager leading implementations for large organizations.

Strong technical knowledge to manage system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting.

Project management expertise including planning, budgeting, and risk management.

Experience with Smartsheets (for project planning) and Azure DevOps (for SDLC processes such as requirements, documentation, and test cases).

Excellent communication skills for leading teams, stakeholders, and vendor coordination.

Executive presence: ability to engage with the C-Suite and manage other PMs.

Strong leadership skills to hold people accountable, navigate tough conversations, and drive results in a deadline-driven environment.
