Title: ERP Database Administrator
Client: Virginia Information Technology Agency
Duration: 06 Months
Location: Richmond, VA
Note: This is a hybrid role.
Job Description:
- The State Corporation Commission is looking for an experienced Applications DBA to support our Oracle Financial/HR System (eSCC) running in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environment.
- The candidate needs to provide daily production and development support for the eSCC applications team.
- The position will also require applying the latest Oracle Critical Security patches.
- The candidate will also need to provide daily support of the Power BI reporting tool.
- Report to Database Manager
- Monitor production and development of apps and databases
- Apply Oracle EBusiness application and security patches
- Respond to development assistance requests
Additional Skills/Qualifications Desired:
- Experience supporting production and development Oracle EBS application and databases
- Oracle EBS 12.2.12
- Oracle Linux 8
- Experience with database containerization and edition
- Experience in Oracle Cloud
- Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager
- Linux Korn shell scripting
