Client is seeking a Red Teamer to join our Generative AI Safety team. Generative AI is a research to production organization focused on making significant progress in AI and being a bridge between AI research and client Platforms products. Individuals in this role are expected to be experienced in data annotation. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with our model via Text, Image, Audio, and Video input and output, expressly to identify potential weaknesses and vulnerabilities to improve accuracy. This will include agentic red teaming; where red teamers will enable tools to engage with complex, multi-stage prompts to enable agents to take actions directly in the virtual or physical world.
Languages a candidate might red team in: English, ( + other language if applicable)
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the development team to design and execute probing and creative prompts that will involve one or a combination of the listed modes, and provide feedback on the safety and quality of the outputs and the probing methods
The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with our models expressly to identify potential weaknesses and vulnerabilities to improve accuracy while increasing trust and safety of the models.
Stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and tools to ensure the models remain secure.
We require our human labelers to be able to see our internal taxonomy of risks as well as our sensitive, unrealized model output and user data. Red teamers will be expected to jailbreak the model across sensitive topics like Violent Crimes and Child Sexual Exploitation to ensure model safety.
Given the rapid cycles of model refinement, it is preferable for a trained workforce of CWs that can complete red team tasks on an ongoing basis after an initial training.
**This role will involve exposure to graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing.Please note: the testing performed by this role will involve creating audio (e.g. verbalizing model prompts) containing and/or referring to graphic and objectionable content.**
