Role: Technical Solution Architect Locations: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Local candidates only.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Application Architect lead the development of a multi-tenant SaaS product in the Financial Crimes domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Anti-Money Laundering, Case Management, and Regulatory Filings, with proven experience in multi-tenant product development. Expertise in Azure and Kubernetes-based hosting is highly desirable.
This role involves close collaboration with product, technical development, and platform teams tdesign and develop solution patterns for an analytical compliance product. The Sr. Application Architect will drive solution architecture and development aligned with product evolution and manage tenant migrations from the current state tthe desired future state.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and Planning: Develop architectural blueprints for applications, define system requirements and functional specifications, ensure scalability, security, and efficiency, and translate business needs inttechnical solutions
Technology Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for application development, and drive the adoption of the latest technologies and trends.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, communicate architectural strategies and decisions tthe technical team and executives, and provide documentation, training, and support tthe organization.
Development Oversight: Oversee the application development team tensure adherence tarchitectural standards and best practices, monitor and review code quality, performance, security, and scalability, and resolve technical issues and challenges.
Problem Solving: Analyze technical and business problems, recommend solutions, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
Documentation: Document application architecture, design decisions, and development processes.

Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. A master s degree is a plus.
Experience: 10+ years of application architecture experience, with product design, development, modernization and transformation programs.

SaaS Software Architecture:
Saas Architecture
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, serverless functions, event-driven architecture, and other relevant patterns.
SaaS Business Models
SaaS Development Platforms

API Design:
Experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs and other types of APIs including for real time low latency uses
Technical & Compliance Knowledge (Desired thave):
Strong understanding of financial crime risk management, AML solutions, and transaction monitoring platforms.
Experience working with AI-driven AML solutions, behavioral analytics, and risk-scoring models.

Agile & Product Development Experience:
Proven experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
Excellent change management, communication, and training skills.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Communication & Stakeholder Management:
Strong verbal and written communication skills tconvey product vision, requirements, and strategic roadmaps.

Desired tools and techniques:
Cloud Technologies Experience with Azure is a must, familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud Platform are a plus
Programming Languages - Proficiency in languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, and Go, depending on the SaaS platform and stack.
