You Are:

Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits and Compensation Modules Lead Senior Manager is responsible for leading complex business and system analysis, design, and testing for Oracle Cloud HCM. This role involves hands-on configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management of Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits and Compensation Modules. You will work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits and Compensation configurations. The resource must have hands on functional experience with Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules and across the major Oracle HCM Cloud processes integrating with HR & Payroll. This will include, but is not limited to, demos of software, workshop facilitation, deliverable generation, application configuration, comprehensive testing to achieve successful testing, business process best practice advice, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go-live support. You will configure business rules and benefit programs, plans, deductions, etc. into Oracle HCM Cloud modules and must be able to lead the work of a Compensation Module Consultant.

The Work:
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand business requirements, lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and perform fit/gap analysis of requirements
  • Provide guidance and direction to the functional team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams.
  • Monitor and report on module progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Ensure adherence to Accenture delivery methodology, promoting efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between teams, fostering a cohesive working environment.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed about Oracle Cloud HCM updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for overall system configuration for the Compensation module
  • Oversee functional team and activities and report status
  • Oversee integration of the business processes from a project-wide perspective
  • Lead project team analysis sessions& verify quality of deliverables
  • Evaluate functional accuracy of customizations made to system
  • Assist in timely resolution of functional issues
  • Interact with necessary groups for proper functional support of team activities
  • Support maintenance of project plans
  • Coordinate with client for review and approval activities
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments to schedule, approach, and resources
  • Coordinate all testing activities
  • Assist in planning for transition to production

Here's What You Need:
  • Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of industry experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
    • Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits
    • Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation
    • Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR
    • Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits configuration
  • Experience with integrated testing
  • Functional experience in Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules
  • Leading a project and/or team
  • Benefits administration business process knowledge

Bonus Points If:
  • Experience in other Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Time and Labor
  • Oracle HCM Cloud data conversion(HDLs, Spreadsheet Loaders)
  • Fast Formulas
  • HCM Cloud Functional Designer or Functional Architect

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
