Job Details
This role is responsible for designing and validating manufacturing tooling solutions for automotive or heavy-truck programs. The engineer works closely with engineering, manufacturing, and production teams to deliver robust, manufacturable designs across multiple variants, ensuring performance, quality, and cost targets are met.

- Design tooling and solutions across multiple variations to meet project needs.
- Validate designs and ensure results align with defined targets.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement designs.
- Prepare detailed design documentation and specifications.
- Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling and design.

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in automotive or trucking environments.
- Proven record of tooling design and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in CAD tools and design software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
All engineers must hold a 4-year engineering degree in their respective discipline.
- Experience with advanced tooling technologies and automation.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with design validation and testing proce
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in automotive or trucking environments and proven record of tooling design and implementation
