Job Title: Workfront Administrator with Fusion Experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Workfront Administrator with Fusion experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Workfront instance, ensuring seamless integration with Fusion, and supporting users in maximizing their productivity. This role requires a strong understanding of Workfront administration, Fusion integration, and project management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workfront Administration:
    • Configure and maintain the Workfront environment, including user setup, permissions, custom fields, forms, templates, and reports.
    • Develop and implement Workfront workflows, processes, and best practices.
    • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Fusion Integration:
    • Manage and optimize the integration between Workfront and Fusion, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement new integrations and enhance existing ones.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and workflows.
  • User Support and Training:
    • Provide support to Workfront users, addressing any technical issues or questions.
    • Conduct training sessions and create training materials to help users understand and utilize Workfront and Fusion effectively.
    • Gather user feedback and implement improvements to enhance user experience and system functionality.
  • Project Management:
    • Assist project teams in utilizing Workfront for project planning, execution, and tracking.
    • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights on project performance and resource utilization.
    • Ensure alignment of Workfront processes with overall project management methodologies and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Workfront Administrator.
    • Proven experience with Fusion integration.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong knowledge of Workfront administration and configuration.
    • Experience with Fusion and other integration platforms.
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workfront certification.
  • Experience in a similar role within a large organization.
  • Familiarity with agile project management practices.
  • Experience in training and supporting users in a technical environment.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time position with a standard workweek. Occasional after-hours work may be required for system maintenance and upgrades.
  • The role may require occasional travel to other company locations for training or meetings.
