Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Business Analyst in the business intelligence or data analytics domain.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with writing clear and well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy) to present findings effectively.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience in querying and manipulating data for analysis purposes.
- Experience using data preparation, data cataloging, and metadata management tools such as Alation, Collibra, Datum, Profisee or Informatica is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience in an extreme value retail company or similar retail domain is a plus.
