About the Role
We re looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior Project Manager. In this role, you ll help drive the successful implementation and enhancement of client enterprise cloud applications, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.
This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational project management experience who is ready to take on complex, high-impact cloud projects and grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You ll Do
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and resource schedules.
- Manage tasks, dependencies, and risks, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and oversee post-implementation enhancement releases.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in Finance, Procurement, Project Delivery, IT Operations, and Sales Operations to ensure alignment across initiatives.
- Facilitate business discussions to capture requirements, present design overviews, and support change management activities.
- Assist with test script creation, and help develop or deliver training and communications to support system adoption.
What You Bring
- 1 3 years of professional experience, including exposure to project coordination or management.
- Understanding of the cloud application implementation lifecycle.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Experience with one or more enterprise systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle Cloud, or Salesforce.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
