Job Details

We are seeking a CompTIA A+ certified IT Deployment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and deployment of computer systems and related hardware across the organization. You will ensure devices are network-ready, install operating systems and software, apply updates, and provide technical support during deployment. This position is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, customer service experience, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Install and update operating systems (primarily Windows 10/11) and software applications.
  • Ensure systems are properly connected to networks and domain environments.
  • Perform hardware diagnostics and basic repairs or replacements.
  • Maintain accurate asset tracking and inventory documentation.
  • Provide Tier 1 support to end users during and after deployment.
  • Follow IT procedures and best practices for security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with help desk and service desk teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+ Certification (must be current or recently obtained).
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical deployment.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with imaging tools (e.g., MDT, SCCM, Clonezilla).
  • Exposure to enterprise environments and large-scale deployments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
