Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

IT Service Management (ITSM): Implement and manage ITSM processes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Production Support: Provide comprehensive production support for banking applications, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues.

API Technology Stack: Monitor and support APIs, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently, troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Batch File Processing: Manage and support batch file processing, ensuring timely and accurate execution of batch jobs.

Monitoring and Support: Utilize monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring system stability and performance.

Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

SQL: Utilize SQL for database queries, problem analysis, and troubleshooting.

Release Management: Coordinate and manage the release of new features and updates, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

Late Shift Support: Provide support during late shifts, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring continuous operations.

Banking Domain Knowledge: Apply in-depth knowledge of banking processes and regulations to support and enhance banking applications.

Qualifications:

Experience: 10+ years in production support, ITSM, and related fields (incident management, change management, disaster recovery, problem management).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in API technology stack, batch file processing, monitoring and support, automation and scripting, SQL, and release management.

Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the banking industry, including relevant regulations and best practices.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Flexibility: Willingness to work late shifts and adapt to changing priorities and demands.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Relevant certifications in ITIL, SQL, or other related areas.

Tools: Experience with monitoring tools, automation frameworks, and release management software.
