Role: Workday HCM Business Analyst Remote | Raleigh, NC

Duration: 1+ Year Contract

Interview Mode: Webcam

Client is seeking a highly experienced Workday HCM Business Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing the Workday Talent Management Suite with an emphasis on onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, applicant tracking, position description management, and organizational charts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize Workday HCM enhancement requests.
  • Coordinate with HR business owners, SMEs, analysts, developers, and security teams.
  • Design and implement solutions with a strong focus on onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Drive improvements in Recruitment and Talent Management functions within Workday.
  • Build forms and optimize workflows within the Workday ecosystem.

Recommended Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Workday HCM experience in a lead functional/technical role.
  • Proven experience in Talent Management within Workday.
  • Strong understanding of people processes and Workday digital solutions.
  • Public Sector experience is a plus.

Required Skills:

  • Workday HCM Expertise: Strong knowledge of SaaS-based HCM platforms.
  • HR Domain Knowledge: Solid grasp of HR practices, compliance, and industry standards.
  • SDLC Familiarity: Understanding of System Development Life Cycle and configuration methodologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Data mapping, reporting tools, and integration experience.
  • Communication Skills: Clear articulation of technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & Facilitation: Ability to lead meetings and collaborate across departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
