Technical Project Manager – Hardware / Consumer Electronics
A leading global technology company is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the successful definition, implementation, and delivery of complex hardware programs. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and oversight of multiple interdependent projects in areas such as semiconductors, hardware, consumer electronics, or camera systems.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver programs within defined scope, quality, time, and budget, managing multiple moderate-probability and moderate-impact risks.

Lead strategic planning and program execution, including engagement with executive-level stakeholders and resolution of complex issues.

Manage cross-functional teams—including internal employees and contractors—to deliver hardware systems and enhancements that meet business requirements.

Oversee key program management processes:

Project scope definition and requirements documentation

Time estimation and schedule tracking

Budget and resource management
-
Risk identification and mitigation

Status reporting and stakeholder communications

Foster collaboration and clear communication across multiple organizational levels and disciplines.
Required Skills and Experience

Strong experience in project estimation, scheduling, tracking, and implementation planning within large organizations.

Proven team leadership and people management skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and exercise sound judgment in dynamic environments.

Demonstrated ability to quickly understand complex business processes and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong risk assessment and mitigation skills; ability to apply program management principles to technology applications and business operations.

Experience delivering technology or business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments.

Proficiency with program/project management tools and software.
