Salesforce SME - Onsite in NJ / NY / Canada - Fulltime
Key Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
- Lead and develop a team of Salesforce admins, developers, and analysts.
- Architect scalable solutions across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
- Drive project delivery, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.
- Ensure system stability, data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Translate business needs into actionable Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications
- 15 20 years of overall experience, including extensive Salesforce leadership.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, and enterprise environments.
- Proven success managing large-scale Salesforce implementations and teams.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce certifications preferred (Admin, Consultant, Architect tracks).
