Need a Scrum Master with 10+ yrs of exp
Location: Lisle HQ, Illinois (4 days onsite; no exceptions)

Need local American folks-
Key conditions : We do not want candidates from out of state who are willing to relocate. I need someone local to Chicago area and come in 4 days a week. We cannot compromise on this requirement as I need this person to be my change agent.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Must be a Certified Scrum Master with 10+ years an Agile practitioner/Scrum Master
Experience working with an agile mindset on large scale, technically complex projects

Experience working with an agile mindset on large scale, technically complex projects
Experience using Azure DevOps is mandatory
Candidate must have experience on integrating ADO data to PowerBI;
Experience in metrics implementation and reporting using PowerBI dashboard
Has to run team on Scrum / Scaled agile framework
Participate in Scrum of Scrums/ PI Planning syncs with RTE and other Scrum Masters
Facilitate breakout sessions, manage dependencies & risks, support confidence vote, draft PI Objectives
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
