About the Company   

Our client is a successful company in Hamilton looking to hire a IT Systems / Security Analyst for a full time hybrid position 

 

About the Opportunity 

  • We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented IT infrastructure / security analyst to be responsible for working with servers/networks and monitoring the security systems in the organization.  

  • The security analyst's responsibilities include securing our online and on-premises infrastructures, filtering out suspicious activity, and finding and mitigating security risks before any breaches can occur.  

  • You have a sound working knowledge of cybersecurity, including intrusion prevention, incidence response, and ethical hacking.  

  • This position will support desktops/servers/networks in the company in addition to handle the security of the environemnts

About You 

  • Proven senior level experience administering and securing desktop/server/network hardware and software  

  • Strong Microsoft Defender experience 

  • Proven experience designing and delivering vulnerability and patch management strategies 

  • Experience managing cybersecurity for multi-location organizations 

  • Good communication skills 

  • Ability to commute to the Hamilton office 3 days/week

Salary Range 

$120,000/year
