Job Role : HR - Organizational Change Management

Overview:
Client is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional to lead strategic change initiatives within the HR organization. This role will focus on driving adoption of on-demand and AI-powered platforms, ensuring a smooth transition for employees, managers, and HR teams.
The Ideal Candidate:
You are a seasoned change leader with a track record of successfully managing large-scale organizational transformations. You excel at developing and executing change strategies that foster engagement, minimize resistance, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive change management framework to support HRs transition to on-demand and AI platforms.
Create detailed employee personas to inform change planning, communications, and training strategies.
Lead end-to-end change management and communication efforts for all impacted stakeholders, including employees, managers, and HR personnel.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience as an OCM Lead, with expertise in developing core change management deliverables (e.g., strategies, impact assessments, heatmaps).
Familiarity with AI technologies and on-demand platforms.
Strong project management capabilities.
Certification in ADKAR, Prosci, or other advanced change management methodologies is a plus.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural, and matrixed environment.
Deep understanding of change processes and human behavior during transitions.
Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
Strategic thinker with a holistic approach to change.
Education:
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
