Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Administration, maintenance, configuration, and ongoing support of server infrastructure hosting Enterprise Applications.
• Resolve complex enterprise system hardware and software problems; collaborate with peer teams and vendors to coordinate solutions.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures; participate in the generation and/or implementation of new ideas for enhancements and improvements.
• Work directly with users to prioritize requests and frequently update them to ensure they are informed of progress and estimated delivery timeframe.
• Effectively coordinate support escalation communication; participate in the development and maintenance of appropriate standard operating procedure documentation.
• Participate in an On-Call rotation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience as a senior-level systems administrator.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience operating in a large enterprise environment and understanding the implementation of systems at scale.
• Experience as a server administrator for Microsoft Windows Server operating systems 2016 to 2019.
• Microsoft Cluster Administrations experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Identity Management on Linux with LDAP managing groups, Sudo, and HBAC with Redhat IPA (or another IdM tool) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including IIS and PowerShell is a plus.
• Experience as a server administrator for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7/8 is required.
• Operating Experience with virtual infrastructure platforms like VMware, vSphere, and Cisco UCS are a plus.
