Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead AI Data Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud services, Python programming, and data engineering for AI/ML workloads.
- In this role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data pipelines, manage data infrastructure, and collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to enable advanced analytics and AI solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3+ years in a lead role.
- Strong expertise in Python (data pipelines, APIs, ETL/ELT frameworks).
- Hands-on experience with AWS big data and AI/ML services (Glue, EMR, Redshift, SageMaker, etc.).
- Proven experience building data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time streaming pipelines (Kafka/Kinesis).
- Deep understanding of data modeling, data quality, governance, and security.
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Step Functions, Prefect).
- Strong exp on AI/ML data lifecycle and ML pipeline integration.
