We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team, playing a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions on the ServiceNow platform. As a seasoned professional with a passion for innovation and excellence, you will be responsible for crafting technical architectures, developing software components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Order Guides, Catalogs, and Record Producers to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Hub, ensuring seamless data exchange and synchronization.
- Collaborate with programmers, designers, and architects to achieve application goals, conducting code reviews and documenting applications to support ongoing maintenance.
- Assist in platform selection, integration, and configuration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Develop software and hardware components for new and emerging technologies, staying ahead of the curve in innovation and technology advancements.
- Provide mentorship and consultation on best practices for junior staff, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Perform systematic analysis within a traceability framework, ensuring high-quality deliverables standards and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with core ServiceNow development, including hands-on design and development of Order Guides, Catalogs, and Record Producers.
- Strong understanding of ITS that meet relevant modules, including Change, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge, with experience implementing HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and Agent Workspace.
- Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Hub.
- Custom scripting capabilities, including UI Policies, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs using Glide classes, JavaScript, and Ajax.
- Experience with Service Portfolio Management (SPM) modules, including Agile Development, Project Portfolio Management, and Demand Management.
- Familiarity with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules, specifically Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
