Position: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Bronx, NY(Onsite)
Full Time

  • 2 years experience
  • Assisting clients with day-to-day functionality and efficiency
  • Providing IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices at the designated location
  • Configuring, installing, and maintaining computer software and peripheral systems for users
  • Identifying, managing, and resolving issues promptly (within SLA)
  • Responding to customer requests effectively and communicating to address issues
  • Updating user information in the organizational system
  • Updating user access for IT applications for new and current employees- Familiarity with updating the ITSM on incidents and requests, and maintaining the mapping of assets to end users in the ITSM tool
  • Knowledge of LAN and WAN
  • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
  • Conducting manual inventory as needed
  • Performing lift and shift tasks
