We are seeking a seasoned Digital Health Product Manager to lead the development of innovative patient and provider-focused solutions. This role will drive key initiatives including SMS-based communication tools, virtual nurse training platforms (e.g., for injection administration), and EHR feature enhancements. Ideal for a self-starter with strong healthcare tech experience, this freelance opportunity combines product strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap for digital health tools (SMS, virtual training, EHR integrations).

  • Manage the full product lifecycle from requirements to launch and iteration.

  • Collaborate across teams (Engineering, Clinical, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales) to ensure delivery.

  • Conduct user and market research to inform product decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

  • Track KPIs and user engagement to optimize performance.

  • Serve as primary product contact, communicating priorities and progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in product management, with a focus on digital health.

  • Hands-on experience with at least two: patient communication platforms, digital learning tools, or EHR systems/integrations.

  • Strong grasp of Agile, SDLC, HIPAA, and digital health compliance.

  • Skilled in user research, analytics, and product tools (JIRA, Confluence).

  • Bachelor s degree required; Master s or PMP/Agile certification a plus.

  • Prior freelance/contract product management experience preferred.
