Minimum Experience: 1+ years
Top Three Skills Required:
* Proven experience in both reactive and proactive social media community management
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate and enhance engagement strategies
* Ability to work independently and deliver results quickly
Required Qualifications:
* Genuine passion for social media
* At least 1 year of experience in community management or a related role, with a proven track record of building and engaging online communities
* High proficiency across major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences and platforms
* Experience using social media monitoring and management tools; familiarity with Sprinklr is a plus
Tools & Technologies:
* Proficient in all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X, LinkedIn)
* Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
