Hiring a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead one of our most complex and strategic builds to date: a 20MW+ greenfield hyperscale campus in the Dallas metro area. This role demands a seasoned EC leader who thrives in fast-track environments and can drive results across execution, safety, and cost controls. You ll play a critical role in scaling our mission-critical delivery capabilities, directly influencing outcomes for hyperscale clients.
This role reports to the Project Executive and operates within our Electrical Contracting Division, with dotted-line collaboration to senior operations leadership. The position is 100% on-site with no weekend home travel this is a deployment-based opportunity for professionals who lead from the field.
With over 1,000 employees nationwide, we bring end-to-end project execution design through delivery serving top-tier industrial and hyperscale clients. We are expanding aggressively in mission-critical electrical services and this role is foundational to that strategy.
What You'll Deliver
First 6 12 Months:
- Execute a 20MW+ high-voltage electrical scope for a hyperscale client from ground break through EFO/TFO.
- Establish and manage a field-driven execution plan that meets schedule and budget goals.
- Deliver zero-incident safety compliance and enforce quality standards at scale.
- Drive commissioning (FAT, SAT, MV energization) in line with NEC, NFPA 70E, and client protocols.
- Mentor and direct on-site electricians, foremen, and subcontractors.
Day-to-Day:
- Oversee site activities across layout, installation, switchgear integration, and MV commissioning.
- Own the cost, schedule, submittal, RFI, and change order process using Procore and Primavera P6.
- Lead client-facing progress reviews, coordinating directly with enterprise hyperscale owners.
- Enforce strict safety and QA/QC standards while optimizing field productivity and material flows.
What You Bring
Must-Have Experience:
- 5+ years leading electrical contracting scopes (12kV 35kV) for hyperscale data centers.
- MV commissioning (EFO/TFO/FAT/SAT) expertise and NEC/OSHA regulatory fluency.
- Strong command of Procore, Primavera P6, and schedule/cost controls.
- Direct leadership of electricians and subs on 610 deployments.
- Proven results delivering complex EC projects with minimal oversight.
Preferred:
- PMP certification or B.S. in Electrical Engineering/Construction Management.
- Bilingual Spanish (site team integration advantage).
- Past projects with AWS, Microsoft, or Google data center builds.

Compensation & Logistics
- Base Salary: $140,000 $160,000
- Top Range: Up to $170,000 for high-alignment candidates
