Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable data insights.
  • Design and manage data analysis projects using the latest tools and technologies such as SQL, ETL, Quicksight, AWS Redshift, and more.
  • Develop and execute robust data analyses that provide actionable insights for product and marketing leaders.
  • Independently identify and solve complex data challenges to achieve business goals.
  • Create and support tools that provide structured access to large datasets across the organization.
  • Model data and metadata to generate valuable product and marketing insights.
  • Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Participate in strategic planning discussions and deliver comprehensive reporting solutions.
  • Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and analysis templates using AWS and open-source tools.

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience working with large-scale, complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform business requirements into actionable data plans.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or QuickSight.
  • Expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Graduate degree in math, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience with AWS Redshift, Redshift Spectrum, S3, Python, and R.
