Power Platform Developer
Location: Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to support the End User Centric IT Support (ECIS) Contract for CMS. Our goal is to deliver innovative IT solutions that enhance user experience and ensure data protection.
Responsibilities:
- Develop custom applications using Power Apps.
- Automate workflows with Power Automate.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform applications with other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
- Participate in Agile Scrum sprints and ceremonies.
- Stay updated with Power Platform features and propose improvements.
- Document developed solutions and support ongoing maintenance.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS degree with 8-12 years of experience or a master's degree with 6-10 years of experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher security clearance.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and Azure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, API integrations, and custom connectors.
- Knowledge of data management, governance, and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
