Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead development and implementation of customer-centric solutions within Salesforce applications.
- Demonstrate effective collaboration both independently and within project and client teams.
- Utilize expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, & other cutting-edge technologies.
- Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to enhance project workflows.
- Craft and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for products or services.
- Embrace established best practices and actively contributing to defining the engineering lifecycle.
- Elevate code quality through meticulous code reviews and creating unit, integration, & acceptance tests.
- Engage with QA team to formulate test plans and address identified issues.
- Provide mentorship and conduct reviews for junior developers, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Step in for team members during their absence to ensure project continuity.
- Offer insightful recommendations to management for enhancing efficiency and streamlining processes.
Skills & Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience developing with Salesforce technologies.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
- Experience in developing cloud-native applications and services, with hands-on experience with Azure or AWS highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, & declarative configurations.
- Experience with OmniStudio & Vlocity is preferred.
- Experience with APIs; REST and SOAP-based web services.
- Proven track record in crafting applications and features within the Salesforce Technologies realm.
- High proficiency in SOQL and SOSL, showcasing a deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, Loosely Coupled Architecture, SOLID principles, design patterns, and Pub/Sub architecture.
- Hands-on experience and solid knowledge base in Salesforce Apex, LWC, Visualforce, OmniStudio, and Vlocity.
- Extensive experience working with HTTP and REST architecture, coupled with expertise in conducting code reviews, code optimization, and creating unit & acceptance tests.
- Robust background in unit, integration, and load testing methodologies, contributing to the overall quality assurance of projects.
- Exceptional customer-facing skills, evidenced by a successful track record in effective communication and relationship-building with both business and technical audiences.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification preferred.
