The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Information Technology 737 Business Partner Senior Manager to join the team in Renton, WA.

Step into a pivotal leadership role as the Senior Manager for Information Technology within the 737 Business, where you will drive business value for the Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) Organization specifically for the 737 program. In this dynamic position, you will leverage your strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills to manage complex tasks and navigate competing priorities effectively.

As the senior manager for the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) 737 program, you will be the key representative of the IDT&S organization, seamlessly integrating all disciplines, products, and services to ensure the success and operational excellence of the 737 program. Position Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the 737 program and IDT&S, aligning priorities and developing strategies to meet program-specific business objectives
  • Educate the 737 program team on IDT&S service offerings and collaborate to identify and address program-related challenges and initiatives
  • Engage the right resources within IDT&S to explore solutions tailored to the 737 program, ensuring first-time quality in deployment
  • Communicate status updates on issues and initiatives, fostering collaboration between the 737 program and IDT&S
  • Identify risks and impacts specific to the 737 program, coordinating with stakeholders to approve mitigation plans
  • Provide insights and lessons learned to enhance IDT&S processes and ensure alignment with quality management solutions for the 737 program
  • Oversee budget management, funding, and affordability for the 737 program, ensuring effective resource allocation

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 10+ years of experience communicating effectively at multiple levels
  • 10+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment
  • 10+ years of experience leading teams and developing solutions to complex situations
  • 10+ years of experience in creating IT solutions that drive innovation increasing growth and productivity for the business

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (e.g. Information Technology, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.)
