Job Title: Global IAM - SailPoint IIQ Developer

Job description & Roles and responsibilities:
Technical Skills:
SailPoint IIQ administration and troubleshooting
SailPoint IIQ development and implementation
Application Onboarding and support
Lifecycle Management
PAM Integration
Account Creation and onboarding
Quicklink/Form/Workflow development, delivery, and maintenance
SCIM API Experience
Web Services Connector Experience
Database (JDBC) Connector Experience
Certification and Access Review
Access Request Support
Experience managing and IT, IAM, or IIQ platform as a supervisor or manager
Vulnerability management (e.g. patching)
Experience with systems, IAM, and infrastructure architecture
Stakeholder engagement and high-level response (e.g. feasibility)
Effort estimation & project planning
Directing development resources assigned
Integration oversight; escalation management for critical issues
Ticket management, end user engagement, and problem-solving.
Vendor Management (e.g. submitting support tickets and follow-up)
Analytical problem-solving capabilities
Ability to take ownership of general efforts and move them forward with appropriate guidance/oversight
Soft Skills:
Experience leading a team as a supervisor or manager
Strong communication skills for employees above and below
Cross-functional alignment with Security, Infrastructure & App teams
Team mentoring & capability development
Strategic planning & negotiation
Qualification:
Strong knowledge of SailPoint IIQ and/or SailPoint ISC
Strong BeanShell/Java
Knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP/AD)
Experience with Apache Tomcat
Microsoft Office capabilities (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Eligible to meet U.S. Federal security requirements; available for on-call support
