Job : Project Manager with Manufacturing Domain

We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager with experience in manufacturing environments to lead the implementation of Connected Worker and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) solutions across multiple manufacturing sites. This role will be responsible for end-to-end coordination, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while aligning with IT, functional, and compliance teams to meet global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of Connected Worker/OEE tool implementation across multiple plants.
• Define project scope, objectives, and milestones aligned with business goals and digital transformation roadmap.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk registers.

• Collaborate closely with:
• IT teams (Network, Infrastructure, Security, SAP)
• Functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering)
• Validation/CSV teams to ensure regulatory and compliance alignment.
• Facilitate regular project syncs and stakeholder updates, ensuring transparency and progress tracking.

• Act as the key interface between site teams and external vendors (hardware/software providers, integration partners).
• Coordinate site readiness, hardware rollout (e.g., Wi-Fi upgrades, tablets, scanners), and user on-boarding.

• Track project spend, raise cross-charge requests, and monitor vendor invoices to ensure budget adherence.
• Provide weekly status updates, executive dashboards, and project performance metrics.

• Support site teams in adoption, change readiness, and training coordination for plant users.
• Work with Functional SMEs to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement post go-live.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, IT, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience delivering Connected Worker platforms, OEE systems, MES, or Digital Work Instructions is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong project planning and execution skills
• Familiarity with Manufacturing processes, shop-floor environments, and production KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site deployments and remote stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI, Teams, etc.
• Experience with CSV (Computer System Validation) processes is a plus.
