Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is in need of a hands-on, certified Data Architect with deep expertise in population health data and a strong background in value-based care and risk-sharing models. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex data environments and is passionate about improving patient care through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement advanced data models to support population health initiative
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand patient care, engagement, and care coordination workflows
* Lead data integration efforts across EMR, claims, public health, and social determinants of health datasets
* Support reporting and analytics using Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX
* Ensure data quality through cleansing, transformation, and governance best practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* Certified Data Architect with hands-on experience in healthcare data
* Strong understanding of value-based care, care coordination, and patient engagement
* Proven ability to design efficient, scalable data models for analytics and reporting

Expertise in:
* Epic Caboodle and received claims data models
* EMR data, claims data, HEDIS, and healthcare coding (e.g., ICD)
* Arcadia Analytics Platform and EPIC EMR
* SQL, SSIS, ETL tools (e.g., Matillion), and data governance

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
