Data Engineer with hands-on Palantir Foundry experience. build workflows in Foundry (Pipeline Builder, Workshop, AIP Agent Studio, Contour, Quiver), design data architectures, lead workstreams, and drive Data & AI strategy across large industrial operations.

We are seeking a hands-on, technically strong Senior Consultant to deliver data-driven solutions for leading Industrials & Energy clients. In this role, you will guide organizations through modern analytics, data governance, AI adoption, and the implementation of Palantir Foundry and cloud data platforms.
You will be deeply involved in technical delivery building solutions using Pipeline Builder, Workshop, AIP Agent Studio, Contour, Quiver, and other Foundry tools while also mentoring engineering teams, managing client relationships, and shaping data strategies across complex industrial environments. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with significant opportunities to influence enterprise data transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Build, deploy, and maintain solutions in Palantir Foundry, including Pipeline Builder workflows, Workshop apps, AIP Agent Studio automations, Contour integrations, and Quiver visualizations.
Translate business priorities into technical use cases, define success metrics, and manage delivery across multiple functional domains.
Shape and execute Data & AI strategies for Industrials, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or Utilities clients while ensuring regulatory and governance alignment.
Lead change management, data literacy programs, and training to help clients build a sustainable data-driven culture.
Communicate insights effectively through data storytelling, dashboards, and visualizations tailored to business and technical audiences.
Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders across engineering, operations, IT, and executive leadership.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of analysts, engineers, and data stewards, ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
Architect secure, scalable, and cost-efficient data platforms that support BI, analytics, and operational decision-making.
Oversee cloud-based ecosystems such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and Hadoop for ingestion, storage, modeling, and advanced analytics.
Manage engagement economics, develop resource plans, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Identify new opportunities within client accounts and support business development efforts.
Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, AI advancements, and the evolving Palantir ecosystem.
Travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree required; Master s degree in a technical or quantitative discipline preferred.
3+ years of experience in data analytics, data governance, or data strategy within industrial or energy sectors.
1.5+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including Pipeline Builder, Workshop, AIP Agent Studio, Contour, Quiver, and related tools.
Deep understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, stewardship, compliance, and policy development.
Experience designing and deploying scalable data architectures.
Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Dataiku.
Hands-on experience with big data and cloud technologies: Databricks, Snowflake, Azure (ADF, AzureML), AWS, Hadoop, etc.
Experience leading technical delivery and managing small teams.
Strong communication, client management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiarity with data privacy, regulatory requirements, and risk considerations in industrial/energy environments.
Valid U.S. driver s license and willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Experience
Certifications in Palantir, Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, or related technologies.
Experience with Data Office models, enterprise IT architecture, or digital transformation programs.
Knowledge of hybrid collaboration, digital fluency, and advanced data analytics techniques.
Exposure to machine learning concepts and enterprise-scale ML applications.
Strong interpersonal agility to navigate complex team dynamics.
Awareness of industry best practices, trends, and innovations in data engineering and analytics.
