The Representative, DDM is responsible for the development and execution of direct marketing strategies that drive annual revenue for Universal Destinations & Experiences. This role will collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to execute a robust contact strategy including: email, direct mail, mobile and other digital marketing tactics to meet or exceed business objectives. This includes executing a communication contact sequence starting with lead generation, moving customers from prospect to loyalty and measuring/optimizing program effectiveness using advanced analytics. This role works closely with the DDM production and support teams to insure consistency, privacy compliance, program enhancements and use of best practices. Must ensure all DDM programs (Lifecycle, Tripcycle, etc.) deliver a cohesive customer experience by working with other stake holders to understand Brand and business needs as well as other online channel managers, including social, paid and natural search, affiliate, and online media.
Activities:
1. Representative will implement and oversee the execution of all consumer CRM campaigns to deliver against business goals.
2. Representative will work with external and internal partners to implement transactional, promotional, informational, and dynamic content strategies that leverage customer lifecycle, maximize customer retention, win-back, cross-sell and upsell programs.
3. Representative will oversee the creative development process in alignment with campaign objectives including but not limited to; development of Project briefs, coordination of creative development, communication of creative concept with designer, and secure all stakeholder feedback and approval from Legal and Licensed Partners compliance teams.
4. Representative will ensure deployment team is maintaining integrity of deliverability, testing content, deliverability performance, render testing, and troubleshooting deployment issues.
5. Representative will utilize key success metrics and result analysis to provide strategic recommendations for campaign enhancements and optimization.
1. Work with the Universal Analytics team to utilize reporting dashboard, testing strategies and reporting matrix that accurately assess delivery, profitability and performance of each campaign on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
6. Representative will proactively monitor competitive market information and performance of CRM campaigns to make effective strategic decisions and campaign adjustments.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
Deliverables:
1. Complete required campaign documentation for creative, targeting, testing and analytics. Creating email campaign mockups
2. Share Review and comment on creative rounds. Route proofss with internal stakeholders for feedback and Legal / Licensed Parnter approval.
3. Generate segmentation forms, meet with the Universal Analytics & Targeting team to kick off new CRM email projects and discuss questions regarding data, audience selection, testing, etc.
4. Represent the CRM Team as needed by Aattending meetings within department and with internal stakeholders.
5. Provide Gather and present reporting feedback on campaign performance, including optimization recommendations.
6. Review, test and provide feedback to Ddevelopment and Sstrategy teams on that week's email recent CRM campaigns.

EXPERIENCE:
2-5 years marketing experience in Travel & Hospitality preferred:
o Development of CRM marketing strategies involving email, lead generation, mobile, and social marketing.
o Direct Marketing experience with large scale complex programs. Ability to apply marketing automation, segmentation and sophisticated targeting strategies to CRM programs.
o Experience with managing marketing agency relationships and defining agency scope of work, budget, and timelines.
o Demonstrated experience and success in email marketing from concept to completion (3+ years).
o Experience developing and analyzing reports to measure program success and formulating recommendations for improvement (3+ years).
o Understanding of email marketing best practices and response optimization techniques. (3+ years).
o Excellent client service and problem solving skills, able to identify and anticipate both opportunities and problems and drive them to resolution.
o Exceptional combination of creative and strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
o Superior communication and interpersonal skills; and proven ability to partner across an organization with a very strong deadline driven focus.
o Superior project management, trafficking, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
