Are you a seasoned Dynamics 365 Supply Chain expert ready to shape the future of a dynamic organization? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain and Planning Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to spearhead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of our client's D365 F&O environment. This pivotal role offers the unique opportunity to be the primary driver of supply chain excellence, directly impacting efficiency, innovation, and global operations.

responsibilities:
- Serve as the undisputed functional authority in Dynamics 365 for all supply chain and planning domains, from system configuration and user requirements to strategic upgrades.
- Own and optimize critical end-to-end supply chain processes, including order-to-cash, product lifecycle, procure-to-pay, master planning, inventory and warehouse management (including advanced), quality assurance, transportation logistics, and EDI integration.
- Collaborate with a talented team to define challenges, evaluate cutting-edge solutions, and provide impactful recommendations that drive business value.
- Translate business needs into robust and scalable designs, architectures, and process documentation, including detailed specifications and test strategies.
- Lead and execute rigorous testing of integrations, extensions, and configurations, ensuring seamless functionality and collaborating with business stakeholders for user acceptance.
- Empower the team through comprehensive training and knowledge transfer, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation to the evolving global landscape.
- Partner with business teams to co-create innovative solutions that directly address critical business challenges and unlock new opportunities.
- Act as a crucial liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring all requirements are clearly understood and effectively addressed.
- Apply your functional expertise to manage the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and fitment analysis to functional design, testing, go-live support, and hyper-care.
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, championing critical business requirements that provide a competitive edge.
- Lead the evaluation of new Microsoft releases and internal requests, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business users regarding new requests and process ownership within the supply chain.
- Orchestrate regression testing for all supply chain, planning, and EDI-related code releases, safeguarding system integrity.
- Leverage strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships across the organization.
- Adhere to established corporate standards and contribute to a high level of quality.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment.
- Contribute your insights to the ongoing technology roadmap for the Dynamics ecosystem.
- Assist in the meticulous completion of project management, change control, and quality documentation.
- Drive support continuity through comprehensive documentation and cross-training initiatives.
- Propose strategic modifications and enhancements to optimize system functionality and resolve emerging issues.
- Diligently identify, evaluate, and document potential risks, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.

qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in D365 F&O SCM implementation and support.
- Deep proficiency in the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Supply Chain Management module.
- Proven experience working with Azure DevOps for project management and collaboration.
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within team structures
