Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Contractor)
Location: Fully Remote (US-based candidates preferred)
Shift: 8 AM 5 PM EST
Hours: 40 hours/week | No overtime or weekend work expected
Duration: 1-year contract from start date
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team. This role is ideal for a proactive, execution-driven professional who excels at leading cross-functional initiatives and driving operational excellence. As a key partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and RevOps, you will play a critical role in delivering projects that impact revenue growth and GTM alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of GTM projects and programs, including product launches, sales enablement, tech stack implementations, and process optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, success metrics, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans; proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
- Drive project execution, ensuring stakeholders are aligned, informed, and engaged throughout the process.
- Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and optimize workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress, risks, KPIs, and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and addressing operational gaps.
- Support strategic planning processes, including quarterly business reviews, by aligning projects to business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- 6+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within SaaS or high-growth B2B technology environments.
- Deep understanding of GTM operations and the interconnectivity between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet).
- Certifications preferred: PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment in complex environments.
- Balance of strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-first mindset.
