Location: Draper, UT
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Helpdesk Support Analyst
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Draper, UT (100% onsite, Monday-Friday)
Shift Options:
Note: Candidates must be flexible to work any of the above shifts. Weekend work is required every 6-7 weeks (remote), with 3 consecutive weekdays off in exchange. Equipment will be provided for remote work.

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Helpdesk Support Analyst

- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Note: Candidates must be flexible to work any of the above shifts. Weekend work is required every 6-7 weeks (remote), with 3 consecutive weekdays off in exchange. Equipment will be provided for remote work.
Interview Process:
- Initial Screening: 15-30 minute Zoom call
- Final Round: Onsite interviews with 2-3 managers or team leads
- Provide technical support in an enterprise environment
- Support upper-level management partner desks
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Zoom, networking, and mobile devices
- Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain ownership of issues through resolution
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience in an enterprise setting (preferably phone support)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in:
- Microsoft Windows 7 & 10
- Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Zoom
- Networking (LAN/WAN)
- Active Directory
- Citrix/VMware/VDI (basic understanding)
- iOS/Android mobile OS
- Excellent communication and soft skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional 24x7 shifts for business continuity
- 2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365, iOS, and Android devices
- Experience in high-level or VIP customer support roles
