We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Accountability Manager to manage a newly established cross-functional team supporting Enterprise Financial Crimes exits across all lines of business. This role will drive collaboration with technology partners to define and implement a scalable, enterprise-wide exit tool, while also supporting long-term transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in risk and control management, including RCSA, and will be responsible for designing and overseeing operational processes, procedures, and controls. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional engagement, and the ability to manage confidential initiatives involving high-level reporting and complex data analysis.
Key responsibilities include resolving escalated customer exits, conducting root cause analysis, developing resolution strategies, and partnering with analytics teams to enhance insights on customer trends and risk metrics. The Business Accountability Manager will also lead large-scale projects, support team development, and ensure program documentation and execution standards are met.
Required Qualifications:
Certifications & Expertise
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)
Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)
5+ years of experience in BSA/AML
Deep knowledge of Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM)
Experience in Wealth Investment Management (WIM)
Risk & Compliance Experience
RCSA and issue management expertise
Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance policies & procedures
Experience with customer remediation and enterprise risk tools
Skilled in project management across varying scopes and complexities
Leadership & Collaboration
Proven leadership in geographically dispersed team environments
Ability to influence effectively in a matrixed organization
Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience leading large-scale initiatives and driving results
Analytical & Technical Skills
