Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary:

As the Remote CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. You will work closely with the executive team to develop strategies that foster growth, improve profitability, and ensure financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Manage financial risks and opportunities.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Lead and coordinate financial reporting and analysis to inform executive decision-making.

Manage relationships with investors, banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.

Optimize cash flow and capital structure.

Lead a remote finance team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency.

Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.

Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and financial analysis.

Experience with financial software and ERP systems.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively remotely and manage virtual teams.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
