We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented PC Technician to support IT warehouse operations and hardware deployment activities. This role involves hands-on technical support, inventory management, and coordination of equipment logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop support or IT service roles and be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented PC Technician to support IT warehouse operations and hardware deployment activities. This role involves hands-on technical support, inventory management, and coordination of equipment logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop support or IT service roles and be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse & Inventory Management:
- Fulfill hardware requests submitted via ServiceNow.
- Receive, check in, and organize IT inventory.
- Ship hardware to end users and update SAP systems for tracking received and deployed assets.
- Asset Recovery & Offboarding Support:
- Coordinate pickup of computers, mobile devices, and peripherals from onsite locations.
- Follow up with managers of offboarded employees to collect necessary information.
- Send return boxes and FedEx labels to remote users.
- Process returned equipment and ensure compliance with data retention and sanitization policies.
- Hardware Deployment & Setup:
- Deploy computer peripherals including monitors, docking stations, and accessories.
- Image and configure computers according to company standards.
- Provide basic desktop support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Ticket Management:
- Manage and resolve assigned ServiceNow tickets efficiently.
- Document actions and maintain accurate records of support activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- IT support (desktop, service desk, mobility, or hardware fulfillment)
- Warehouse or stockroom operations
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow).
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for onsite pickups.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent.
- Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
