Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Front-End ASIC Engineer to join their elite engineering team.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to non-off-the-shelf, high-performance chip designs in a collaborative and technically driven environment. Candidates must bring hands-on experience in front-end ASIC/SoC design, especially with compute cores (e.g., CPUs), memory interfaces (HBM, DDR), and high-speed IO (PCIe, Ethernet).

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex front-end ASIC/SoC components
  • Work on custom, non-commercial designs across compute, memory, and IO domains
  • Collaborate closely with architects, back-end teams, and verification engineers
  • Own modules from specification to RTL implementation and bring-up

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on front-end ASIC/SoC design experience
  • Proven work on custom designs (not off-the-shelf or IP-only experience)
  • Deep knowledge of RTL design (Verilog/SystemVerilog) and ASIC design flows
  • Strong background in compute architectures, memory interfaces (HBM, DDR), and/or high-speed IO (PCIe, Ethernet)
  • Experience in small company or startup environments is required
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
