JOB TITLE: Senior Product Development Engineer

REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker

JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard St., Dallas, TX 75202 [ Hybrid position]

DUTIES: Design, implement, and trouble-shoot scalable and reusable software systems including 3-tier and cloud-based systems. Collaborate with U.S based Product Management and Owners, Business Systems, and Operations teams throughout system development life cycle. Support configuration management of code, and software. Support the detailed documentation of systems and features. Act as liaison between external vendors and internal product, business, engineering, and design teams. Participate in coding exercises and peer code reviews as part of the development life cycles and change management. Build software-based products, services, and platforms. Harness technology and rebuild software with projects that deliver revenue and cost savings opportunities. Utilize business process analysis, data modeling and ability to proactively identify, manage, and correct data quality issues. Use Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Industries with Vlocity and OmniScript technologies. Apply knowledge of APIs, microServices, SOA, ESB, ETL concepts and tools. Utilize JavaScript frameworks including React. Test automation development using Selenium, and Cypress. Perform configuration management experience using GitHub, and Jenkins. Develop with Agile tools including Jira, ADO, and Figma. Implement software architecture tools including CPQ, React, SaaS development, Jira, Scaled Agile Framework and full stack developer. Design and develop Cloudrunner projects that interact with snowflake, Kafka IE Bus and Heroku. Provide development estimates, for MuleSoft APIs for PI/sprint iterations. Lead IDC development and production support teams to handle enterprise-wide Mule APIs. Work with Salesforce product development, provide MuleSoft APIs design, and AKS MuleSoft platform level design. Support the Azure DevOps for MuleSoft API deployments. Work with IDC team on PI/sprint-based requirements and deliver compliance by leveraging the industry standard API-Led architecture.
