Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Developer with strong expertise in Oracle HCM and ERP Cloud modules. This role demands a hands-on professional who understands HCM functional processes, Oracle Cloud data structures, and can develop data pipelines and custom reports using SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle FDI/FAW tools

Important Note: We cannot consider resumes without hands-on Oracle HCM experience. Candidates must demonstrate experience in working with Oracle HCM Cloud data and tables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines from Oracle HCM/ERP to Oracle FDI/FAW.
  • Understand and map Oracle HCM Cloud tables for Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management.
  • Write complex SQL and PL/SQL to extract, transform, and load data into Oracle FDI.
  • Work with business and reporting teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable FDI solutions.
  • Configure and customize semantic models, dashboards, KPIs, and BI Publisher reports in Oracle FAW.
  • Participate in design reviews, data validation, testing, and performance tuning.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle FDI or FAW
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud is mandatory (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning
  • Experience building ETL data pipelines and working with BICC extracts
  • Experience developing in Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI
  • Experience working in Oracle Cloud ERP environments (Finance or HCM)
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud data models and reporting strategies
