Experience and Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading projects across technology and business teams
- Background working with project lifecycle frameworks (initiation through closeout)
- Experience creating and managing detailed project plans and budgets
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
- Prior work within a PMO or financial services environment (a plus)
- PMP certification (a plus)

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure
- Define project scope, objectives, and requirements with sponsors and stakeholders
- Build and maintain detailed project plans to track timelines, deliverables, and resources
- Manage budgets and ensure alignment with business cases
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
- Document and maintain key project artifacts including charters, risk matrices, and status reports
- Prepare presentations for portfolio committee reviews and change requests
- Facilitate kick-off meetings and ensure stakeholders are aligned on deliverables
- Support the annual portfolio planning process within the PMO
- Promote improvements to project management processes and practices
- Influence and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Provide project status updates to management and committees
- Coordinate training and rollout activities to support solution launches
- Capture and present lessons learned at project conclusion
- Ensure stakeholder certification of deliverables at project close
