Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full implementation and integration of Yardi software, transitioning from Tenmast. Responsibilities include system configuration, integration,stakeholder training, reporting, risk mitigation, and post-implementation support.

The primary role is that of a Project Manager who will manage, coordinate, and support all technical, business process, training, and integration tasks related to the new software. The consultant will also improve standard operating procedures, ensure user adoption, and assist with risk mitigation while closely collaborating with various departments. The scope includes implementation planning, user training (virtual/in-person), software configuration, progress reporting, system demonstrations, stakeholder communication, and post-implementation feedback.

Key responsibilities include:

Evaluate operational needs and business processes for optimal transition from Tenmast to Yardi.

Customize and configure Yardi software to align with client's business requirements.

Oversee the full implementation process including timeline, resource, and budget management.

Conduct weekly stakeholder meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.

Submit bi-weekly progress reports using tools like Microsoft Project.

Deliver training (live, virtual, or hybrid) and provide ongoing user support.

Create documentation and resource materials for the staff.

Identify and mitigate project-related risks.

Collaborate with client's IT and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.

Demonstrate system functionalities and benefits to stakeholders.

Collect and analyze post-implementation feedback to support future improvements.
