JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY

  • This part of the project aims to enhance Workday's security and compliance by analyzing and migrating existing roles, implementing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing training. It also focuses on identifying vulnerabilities, implementing protective measures, collaborating with development teams, monitoring for suspicious activities, and staying updated on security trends

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct security analysis and documentation of PeopleSoft roles and permission lists.
  • Map and migrate security roles to Workday, ensuring Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) best practices.
  • Implement security policies, governance frameworks, and compliance controls (SOX, GDPR, NIST).
  • Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide training and documentation on Workday security policies.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12c PS4.
  • Strong expertise in identity and access management, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and compliance.
  • Experience with Workday integrations, including Workday Studio or other integration tools (preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing IAM policies, workflows, and integrations.
  • Ability to analyze complex identity data structures and resolve data quality issues.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a large-scale ERP implementation project.
  • Workday Pro Security Certification
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
